  • Appetizers, sides, and desserts are sold by the full tray, dish, pie, or pan.
  • Smoked meats require a 12-serving minimum — roughly ½ lb per person.
  • Sauces are available by the pint. Spicy chipotle pork tacos are sold by the dozen.
  • This is an estimate. Custom combos and large-event quotes are confirmed by us before anything is booked.
  • Please book at least two weeks ahead — the earliest available event date is two weeks out.
  • Currently fully booked: June, September, and December. Reach out about alternate dates or our waitlist.
